Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Modern place! Secluded location, comfortable place for discovering Barnstaple. Also - really close to beautiful grounds well outside Barnstaple, art gallery and sculpture garden and the valley amongst the trees. A nice size and fashionable units with the garden, good shower, for example, and excellent staff. Excellent food options.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, nestled next to the valley among the trees and a rushing river, with the added beauty of the autumnal foliage. The proximity to Youlston Park, just 4 km away, was also convenient for us.

The hotel was in a stunning and unique location so close to large natural gardens, a lovely valley and the grounds of a sculpture garden for what we wanted it for. We did not want to leave and would return here.
